1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph2345 ("ph2345," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph2345.cam.

By accessing ph2345, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, rules, and policies contained herein, including any supplementary rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or features that may be published on the ph2345 platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the ph2345 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. The minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines, as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable gaming law, is 21 years old. ph2345 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the ph2345 platform, unless ph2345 expressly indicates otherwise in writing.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of ph2345 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or licensing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ph2345 platform or any platform operated by ph2345's affiliated entities.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of ph2345 services, you must register a player account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing management of ph2345 accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active ph2345 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly whenever it changes. ph2345 relies on the information you provide to comply with its regulatory, anti-money laundering (AML), and KYC obligations. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2345 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. ph2345 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. ph2345 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ph2345 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation where required by applicable law or regulation.

3.5 Account Currency. All ph2345 player accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph2345 does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. All deposits, withdrawals, wagering requirements, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph2345 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), UnionBank of the Philippines, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. ph2345 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ph2345 is ₱100, unless a specific promotion or payment method specifies a different minimum. ph2345 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met: (a) your account KYC verification must be fully completed; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified available balance in your ph2345 wallet; and (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with funds in your account must be fully met. ph2345 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. As a general principle and in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, ph2345 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. ph2345 reserves the right to require additional verification if withdrawals are requested to a different payment method.

4.5 Processing Times. ph2345 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours; USDT TRC20 within 15–45 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside ph2345's control, including bank processing times and system maintenance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses available on ph2345 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. All bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specified criteria. ph2345 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility by account, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses credited to a ph2345 account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total qualifying bets). The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirement calculations. Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute at a reduced rate; fishing games and bingo may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ph2345 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors or loopholes; using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage; coordinated group wagering; placing bets that do not represent genuine gaming activity for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses credited to a ph2345 account must be used (wagering requirements met) within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from player accounts and cannot be reinstated.

6. Games, Betting Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ph2345 is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets. ph2345 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All ph2345 games that use a random number generator (RNG) — including slot games, bingo, and video poker — use RNG technology that has been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulable by ph2345, game providers, or players.

Live dealer games involve real physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers and streamed in real time. 6.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the outcome that occurred at the time of disconnection, where the game state has been recorded by ph2345's systems. 6.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the fairness or integrity of a game, ph2345 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return applicable stakes to players. All bets are void and stakes returned in the event of a verified technical error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" in all such circumstances.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Restriction. As stated in Section 2, the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines is 21 years old. ph2345 enforces this requirement without exception. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any ph2345 player who believes they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the Account Settings section after login or by contacting the ph2345 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2345 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so ("multi-accounting");
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point, including misrepresentation of age or identity;
• Using the ph2345 platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160) or PAGCOR AML requirements;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain any advantage on the ph2345 platform without express written authorization;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity with other players or third parties;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any ph2345 software, game code, or system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2345 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Allowing a third party to access or use your ph2345 account;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or misrepresent your location.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ph2345 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ph2345 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright treaties.

ph2345 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph2345 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the ph2345 platform; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; use the ph2345 brand, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Game content displayed on ph2345 — including game artwork, music, and software — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including JILI Games, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others) and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of such content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. ph2345 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and operational, but does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond ph2345's control.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties. The ph2345 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2345 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph2345's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the ph2345 platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph2345 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Certain Damages. ph2345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if ph2345 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ph2345 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal of verified available balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

11.2 Termination by ph2345. ph2345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; (c) failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements; (d) account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; (e) instructions from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (f) any other reason that ph2345 determines, in its reasonable judgment, justifies account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to use the ph2345 platform is immediately revoked. Winnings and balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of this Agreement may be forfeited. In all other cases, verified available balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

11.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph2345 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy provisions. Any remaining balance in a dormant account is subject to applicable dormancy policies as disclosed in the account settings.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to it — including non-contractual obligations — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the ph2345 platform. ph2345 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and any regulatory disputes shall be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures as applicable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall prevent ph2345 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph2345 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible at ph2345.cam/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Where changes to this Agreement are material in nature, ph2345 will provide notice to registered players through one or more of the following channels: an in-platform notification displayed upon login; an email to the address registered on your account; or a notice posted on the ph2345 homepage or announcement section.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the ph2345 platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the ph2345 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.
